Especially for Non-Morning People – the Egg-and-Muffin Toaster and Egg Poacher
So you think you’re ‘all that’, rocking your Dualit restaurant grade toaster. But those Dualits don’t even pop up themselves – you got to sit around and watch your toast. Meanwhile other lucky souls not only get perfect toast popping up, but a poached egg into the bargain.
The TEM500 Egg-and-Muffin 2-Slice Toaster and Egg Poacher has got some great reviews from users on Amazon. It can simultaneously toast bread, poach or steam-scramble an egg, meaning you can get your Egg Muffin every morning without having to hit the drive-through. It’s available now on Amazon for $34 USD.

Our previous favourite iPhone case (the Opena) was created here in Australia, but now another product created here has immediately won a place in our hearts. The iLid-Mk1 is a combination case/wallet that enables you to safely stash some EFTPOS/Credit Cards, money and/or a key in the back of your iPhone, meaning you can leave that bulky wallet at home.
The iLid is a multi-functional device that also serves as a kickstand, enabling you to watch videos on your iPhone without needing some secondary device. The iLid recently received its funding requirement on KickStarter and is available now for $39.95.
Castle Story – Awesome Combination of Minecraft and Warcraft
The ugliest iPhone accessory ever conceived? You be the judge.
Do you have a desire to transform the gorgeous minimalist styling of your iPhone into the most repulsive, over-indulgent, vulgar piece of tatt since a pikey decided to embed sovereign rings on a Vertu phone? You do? Excellent, we have just the product for you.
In a typically understated way, Ronald He, CEO of Divoti who manufactured the case, has this to say on the matter, “The Case Titan is unlike another other iPhone case out there.” Ronald clearly knows what he’s talking about – we’ve seen lots of iPhone cases come and go, but nothing compares to this bad boy. The main claim for this stunning offering is that it dramatically improves the audio quality of music you listen to thanks to a patented case design made of titanium and germanium. We can’t comment on the claims for improved audio, having never heard it in action, but we do know ugly when we see it.
The iPhone 4 titanium case will be unveiled at CES for the first time, but if you can’t wait, feast your eyes on the product photo which uses miniature representations of the case to make it look like it is in fact some sort of bizarre wrist-watch. Class.

About Geekosity
Here at Geekosity we're dedicated to bringing you news you haven't read anywhere else. There's a hundred tech blogs out there, but have you ever noticed how they all cover the same stories, over and over again? We're happy to let them tell you about the latest iPad rumours for the 10th time you've heard it that day, or the news on Microsoft's profits for the 15th time that day. We look for equally interesting stories that have passed by the cloned tech news sites - stories about software, gadgets, science news - anything we think might interest like-minded geeks. The site is edited by Andy Hutchinson, a veteran tech journo with over 20 years experience in hardware, software, gadgets and free lunches with PR people. Thanks for dropping by.
